Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound pasta (I used long noodles, but any work)
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp butter
- 2 & 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, spray muffin tin
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside
- In large pan melt butter, whisk in flour over moderate heat for 2 minutes
- Whisk in milk and cook until boiling, about 5 minutes
- Add cheese and whisk until melted
- Take off heat and fold in pasta
- Pack mac n cheese in muffin tins, leveling out at the top of openings
- Lightly sprinkle extra cheese and garnish on top (I put red pepper flakes for some spice!)
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden and sizzling
