Cook Time: 10-15 min
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1 & 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 3ish cups flour
Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast in water for about 5 minutes in a bowl large enough to add the other ingredients in
- Add salt and 1 & 1/2 cups flour, beat to make a batter
- Add flour until it becomes a rough dough
- Knead until dough is smooth, elastic, and no longer sticky
- Divide into 6 balls, then flatten with a rolling pin to 1/4 inch thick discs
- Keep an even thickness to help the "puff"
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Rest on floured surface for 30-40 minutes until slightly puffed
- Bake 10-15 minutes until lightly golden
