Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 50-55 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour + more for dusting the pan
- 10 tbsp sugar
- 5/8 cup Nutella (microwaved for 30 seconds to make more spreadable)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (I use Greek)
- 2 large eggs
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan and dust with flour, tapping out the excess
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl, set aside.
- Mix the mashed bananas, yogurt, eggs, butter, and vanilla with a wooden spoon in a bowl
- Lightly fold wet mixture into dry mixture until combined and batter looks thick and chunky
- Mix the nutella in a swirl pattern (be very careful...I mixed mine too much and it's not that pretty!)
- Bake until loaf is golden brown (or doesn't stick to a knife if it's too brown from the Nutella like mine) about 50 minutes
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack or cutting board
