Ingredients:
- 1 + 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 + 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- basil and rosemary
- 5 cups flour***
- 1/3 cup olive oil
*** the number varies depending on your weather conditions (it's really humid where I am!)
Instructions:
- In the bowl mix water and yeast and set aside for five minutes
- Mix in garlic, hand full of herbs, salt, and four cups of flour
- Drizzle in olive oil until well blended (doughy)
- If it is still sticky add more flour until it is not
- Place dough in a storage bag and put in the fridge for at least an hour
- Use on pizza, cook at 400 degrees F for at least 15 minutes
